泰國(guó) NBTC 于 2025 年 2 月 3 日公布新的申請(qǐng)表。新的申請(qǐng)表格要求制造商出具信函，指定申請(qǐng)人為授權(quán)經(jīng)銷商/代表。

申請(qǐng)人必須提供設(shè)備責(zé)任方信息如下：
- 商標(biāo)或品牌所有者證明文件
- 證明申請(qǐng)人是海外制造商授權(quán)經(jīng)銷商/代表的證明文件

被修改的聲明部分具體如下：
- 添加產(chǎn)品描述和型號(hào)
- 添加申請(qǐng)人地址
- 將"We hereby declare with our sole responsibility that below is our authorized representative for our product Thailand approval" (我們特此聲明，以下是我們?cè)谔﹪?guó)批準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品的授權(quán)代表，對(duì)產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé)) 改為  "We hereby declare with our sole responsibility that below is our authorized dealer/representative and responsible for products in Thailand."(我們特此聲明，以下是我們?cè)谔﹪?guó)的授權(quán)經(jīng)銷商/代表，對(duì)產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé))。
