根據(jù)阿聯(lián)酋RoHS法規(guī), 列入RoHS管制范圍的產(chǎn)品必須持有ECAS RoHS符合性證書才可以進(jìn)入阿聯(lián)酋市場(chǎng)。

由于近期申請(qǐng)阿聯(lián)酋ECAS RoHS 認(rèn)證的數(shù)量激增，阿聯(lián)酋管制機(jī)構(gòu)ESMA剛宣布臨時(shí)認(rèn)證方案， 即日起至2019年12月31日前，ECAS RoHS證書可以僅基于阿聯(lián)酋當(dāng)?shù)剡M(jìn)口商或代理商簽署的RoHS 符合性聲明簽發(fā)，不需要提供RoHS測(cè)試報(bào)告。臨時(shí)方案適用于以下產(chǎn)品類別：

1. Large household appliances

2. Small household appliances

3. IT and Telecommunication equipment

4. Consumer equipment

5. Lighting equipment

6. Electrical and electronic tools (with the exception of large-scale stationary industrial tools)

7. Toys leisure and sport equipment

8. Medical devices (with the exception of all implanted and infected products)

9. Monitoring and control instruments including industrial monitoring and control instrument

10. Automatic dispensers

11. Other EEE not covered by any of the categories above or, and falling within the definition of Article one.

聲明需涵蓋的10項(xiàng)有害物質(zhì)如下：

1. Lead(Pb)

2. Mercury(Hg)

3. Cadmium(Cd)

4. Hexavalent chromium(Vi)

5. Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB)

6. Polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE)

7. Bis(2-ethyhexyl) phthalate(DEHP)

8. Butyl benzyl phthalate(BBP)

9. Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)

10. Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)

2019年12月31日之后將不能采用臨時(shí)方案，需要基于RoHS報(bào)告申請(qǐng)新的證書。
